1 General Terms & Conditions

Jeetwib (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "our") is an online sports betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between jeetwib and its users.

These terms define users' rights, responsibilities, and limitations. In case of any dispute or uncertainty, these terms shall be considered final.

2 Account registration and eligibility

To open an account at jeetwib, users must meet the following eligibility requirements. jeetwib will not permit account creation or maintenance if these conditions are not met.

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. National ID or other documents may be requested to verify age.
• One account policy: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being canceled.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. Registering with false information will be considered fraud.
• Password Security: Maintaining your account security is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• KYC verification: Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawal. Payment may be held if required documents are not submitted.

3 Deposit and withdrawal

Deposit and withdrawal processes at jeetwib are completely safe and transparent. However, certain terms and restrictions apply, which users need to know.

• Deposits can only be made through approved mobile banking or bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is fixed and will always be displayed on the platform.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing may typically take 1–3 business days.

• Payments will not be made to third-party accounts. Payment will only go to the account registered under your name.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jeetwib regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has specific terms, and failure to comply may result in bonus cancellation.

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets equivalent to that amount.
• Validity Period: Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically canceled.
• One bonus policy: Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using any fraudulent methods to obtain bonuses will result in all bonuses being canceled and the account may be permanently closed.
• Welcome bonus applies only to new members and can be claimed once per person.

5 Betting Rules

Certain specific rules must be followed when placing bets at jeetwib. These rules apply equally to all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If cash-out option is available, it must be used within the specified time.
• If a match is canceled, bet amounts will be refunded. If a match is partially completed, jeetwib's own rules will apply.
• Jeetwib reserves the right to void bets placed at inconsistent odds due to technical errors.
• For live betting, odds may change until the bet is accepted.
• The maximum winning amount is fixed and may vary by event.
• In accumulator bets, if one leg is cancelled, it will be counted as 1.00 odds.

Jeetwib settles bets after verifying and confirming the outcome of a sports event. Accounts are usually settled within a short time after the match ends.

6 Prohibited Activities

Jeetwib is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

• Money laundering or illicit financial transactions.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence for betting.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or inside information.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Conducting fraudulent activities using jeetwib's name or logo.

7 Account suspension and closure

Jeetwib reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of terms violation is found.
• If false or fraudulent information is provided during KYC verification.
• If suspicious transactions or signs of fraudulent activity are detected.
• By court or government order.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).

Users can also request account closure at any time. In that case, any remaining balance will be refunded after completing the withdrawal process, provided no terms have been violated.

8 Responsible Gaming

Jeetwib believes that gaming is enjoyable entertainment, but it can become addictive. That's why we are always active in promoting responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits yourself.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request a temporary suspension of your account for a specific period.
• Cooling-off period: You can take a betting break from 24 hours up to 30 days.
